Most questions can be answered by referring to the product manuals. Each machine comes with a printed manual, and digital copies will be available to you upon purchase of a system. Warranty Coverage

All Pipedream CNC-manufactured products are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Components we source from other manufacturers—are covered by their respective warranties. Contact us for details on your specific product.

Important Warranty Guidelines

Please note:

• Any modification to the product voids the warranty.

• Misuse or operation outside the scope outlined in the manual also voids the warranty.

• Always read the instruction manual thoroughly before using your machine.

FlashCut CNC will include a 1-Year Manufacturers Warranty on the Controller, Cabling, and Motors.

Hypertherm Powermax plasma power supply units are covered by a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase through our authorized distribution. Hypertherm plasma torches are backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the purchase date.

All warranty claims for Hypertherm products must be handled directly through Hypertherm’s Customer Support Team at (800) 737-2978.
